Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts 14 days, after you have received the product. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for another item, send us an email to [email protected]seaboost.fi. After we have confirmed your exchange request, send your item to the following address:

Claims
After receiving your purchase, you have 14 days to check the condition of the purchase.
If the product of some reason is defective, send us a description and picture of the defective product to [email protected]. After we have confirmed your request to replace the defective product with a new one, we will confirm how you should ship the defective product to us.
NOTE: It is possible that you may have to ship the product to us at your own expense. In this case, we will refund you the shipping costs against your receipt, after receiving the defective product.
A new product will be shipped from us within 5 working days after we have received the defective product.
