Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions cover delivery, returns, exchanges and claims for purchases made from Seaboost.

Prices

All prices include VAT 25,5%.

Shipping

Shipping prices and restrictions are stated on the respective products and also at checkout.

We reserve the right not to deliver to remote areas, such as islands. In these cases, we will contact you immediately to agree on how to proceed.

Delivery Time

We usually dispatch products within 1-5 business days. Delivery time after handover to the courier depends on destination.

Estimated transit times are 2-7 business days for PostNord My Pack Collect, My Pack Home (DPD in Europe) and DHL shipments (except Powerturf). For Powerturf shipments using PostNord Pallet or Groupage services, the estimated transit time is 2-11 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the product. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs may be deducted from it. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Claims (Defective Products)

After receiving your purchase, you have 14 days to inspect the product's condition.

If a product is defective, send a description and a photo of the defect to [email protected]. After confirmation, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.

You may need to ship the defective product at your own expense. In such cases, we refund shipping costs against your receipt after we receive the defective product.

A replacement product is shipped within 5 working days of receiving the defective product.
