Payment service provider
The payment intermediation service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

Bank payments
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks, either via their eBanking interfaces or via open banking interfaces (PSD2). You can pay using the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP (Osuuspankki), POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. When we forward your payment to the merchant, Paytrail Oyj/the online store name will appear as the payee on your bank statement. From the online store, you will be redirected directly to your own bank to complete the payment securely.
Card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international authentication services Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card statement and forwards the customer's card payment directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely via an encrypted payment form, and card details are not stored in the online store's systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment services MobilePay and Siirto are app-based services that allow you to pay online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by approving the payment in the app.
Apple Pay is a service that runs on Apple devices and lets you make purchases with a payment card linked to the device.
